In Italy there is celebrated a multitude of religious, cultural, historical and traditional holidays all the year round.

One of the most important holidays that are celebrated is the Carnival of Venice, though also there are very important the spectacular processions of Holy Week, Of religious events also there are celebrated holiday organized to the saints bosses of every population or locality.

During July and August place is given one of the most important holidays of the country, this one is "Il Palio" and finally in September there is celebrated the " Regata Histórica Veneciana ".
